Detailed Bid Management: Development of comprehensive scope packages and bid invitations for all subcontractors. Prequalification and solicitation of multiple bidders per trade package. Quantitative internal take-offs for all trade packages. Procurement and review of all trade proposals to ensure complete scope coverage. Analysis of value engineering suggestions and recommendations to the Owner. Leveling, qualifying, and tabulation of all subcontractor and trade proposals, providing you with a transparent Schedule of Values.

Preliminary Project Schedule: Creation of a preliminary schedule and delivery program from the preconstruction phase through construction completion.

Long Lead Item Identification: Proactive identification and incorporation of long lead items into the overall project schedule.

Construction Document Leadership: Leadership and management of the Architect for timely delivery of Construction Documents with progress reviews.

Coordination & Conflict Prevention: Thorough coordination of design documents to identify trade conflicts and prevent scope gaps.

Constructability Reviews: Ongoing plan and constructability progress reviews based on our extensive experience.

Project Rendering: Creation of a project rendering for your use in marketing and permitting efforts.
